Public Technical Notes

The product figures below are transcribed from HONSFUID's 2025 brochure. They are historical brochure data, not a current model specific quotation. Confirm every final selection against the latest datasheet and project specification.

1. System design workflow

  1. Duty: loads, sequence, speeds, environment, fluid and duty cycle.
  2. Calculation: actuator force and speed, flow, pump power, pipe velocity, heat balance and margins.
  3. Circuit: pump source, load sensing or fixed displacement arrangement, valve functions, load holding and emergency states.
  4. Control: manual, hydraulic pilot or electrohydraulic controls and sensor feedback.
  5. Validation: circuit diagram, BOM, calculations, test record, commissioning and maintenance instructions.

2. Figures in the 2025 brochure

The following categories and values appear on page 5. The page does not identify a specific model number.

The brochure also shows application manifolds for forklifts, truck cranes, tracked carriers and drilling rigs. Their project parameters must be confirmed individually. These historical figures should not be assumed to describe the GINCON PV family.

3. Core equations

Cylinder flow, time and force

Aextend=πD²/4; Aretract=π(D²−d²)/4; V=AL; Q=60V/t; F=ΔpA. Check return pressure, friction, throttling and leakage separately.

Pump and motor

Pump Q=Vg·n·ηv/1000; motor n=1000Qηv/Vg; torque T=Δp·Vg·ηm/(20π) for pressure in bar and displacement in cm³/rev. Use manufacturer efficiency curves at the actual duty point.

Pipes and power

Mean velocity v=Q/A; hydraulic power P=Δp·Q/600 kW. Pressure loss and heat require viscosity, length, local losses, temperature and flow regime.

4. Publication and downloads

Product sheets, dimensions, installation drawings and approved STEP envelope models are released by model and revision. Patent candidates, internal construction, processes, control calibration and customer specific drawings remain controlled until reviewed.
